My name is Jea Lossia-Acho, and I am a senior at Indiana University studying Fashion Design, Marketing, and Food Studies.
The work I create varies from streetwear to evening gowns and is personal to each wearer. I am drawn to contrast and enjoy incorporating alternative materials into my garments. I do this to deepen their impact on each garment and provide more ways to express emotions through design and style. I am interested in all aspects of design and styling.
I often find inspiration for my designs through personal expreriences as well as the beliefs and values that are important to me. I find that fashion can be used as a means of expressing onesself without words, and I intend to carry that idea with me through every collection or individual piece that I create.
